Carol T. Monchoir RPh, is a Hospital Pharmacist, licensed and registered in the state of New York.

A naturalized citizen of the USA, Carol hails from Georgetown, Guyana, where she started as an interim primary school teacher at the tender age of 18 years, and continued for 4 years before migrating to the USA .

Carol is a Graduate of the School Of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions at St John University, Queens Campus New York, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in the Science of Pharmacy.  She has since practiced as a pharmacist, working in both Hospital and Retail Pharmacy for the past 30 years.

For over 25 years, Carol has also utilized her early teaching experience to provide instruction for Pharmacy Technicians at various Colleges across the five boroughs of New York, successfully influencing and changing the lives of   hundreds of individuals who graduated from her classes, and have ventured to become successful career Pharmacy Technicians.

A proud mother of two, Carol is a firm believer in early childhood education and has embraced the philosophy that reading is fundamental. She is the Author and founder of Cartoon ABCD, an Alphabet reading program which introduces toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarten children to the letters of the Alphabet; the fundamentals of reading and writing.

Carol’s latest accomplishment is the launch of her “Manage Your Meds” program which is designed to bring to the public, video and other forms of guidance and education for the safe and appropriate management of prescription and over the counter medications and devices.

Carol is also an Administrator for one of the more popular social media groups, and has had the privilege of hosting  several  member- of- the -month award shows.  She intends to use her social media influence to further advance her educational initiatives by expanding and utilizing a global reach to promote her Cartoon ABC, Pharmacy Technician, and Manage Your Meds Programs.
